The City seeks a highly engaged and visionary policing professional who is known for delivering high-quality, equitable services to diverse communities and being a meaningful contributor to achieving citywide priorities. The demonstrated ability to confidently lead change and maintain discipline around department priorities will also be critical for the new Chief’s success. Minimum qualifications include 10 years of progressively responsible law enforcement experience, including three years in a management capacity, along with a Bachelor’s degree.
