Covering 2.2 square miles, Colma is the smallest Town in San Mateo County and boasts a strong tax base, featuring two shopping centers and a vast collection of car dealerships. The Administrative Services Director position offers an opportunity to lead a talented team of 7 FTEs’ providing high-quality support services to all Town departments.
 
The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a strong background in local government administration and a deep understanding of municipal financial management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with a flexible approach, will be critical in this role. A minimum of five (5) years of increasingly responsible administrative experience, along with a Bachelor’s degree in public or business administration or a related field, is required.
