The Beaumont Police Department is supported by 60 sworn and 28.5 professional staff and an annual operating budget of $21 million. The department is organized across three divisions: Administration, Operations, and Support Services.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and fifteen years of increasingly responsible and well-rounded law enforcement experience. P.O.S.T. Executive Certificate is required within two years of employment. Master’s degree desirable.
