Following a distinguished career in local and federal government, Teri was recruited into the executive search industry in 1999. Serving clients in California, Oregon, Arizona, Colorado and Texas, she has recruited for every discipline in the public sector. After working with two different west coast firms, Teri was inspired to launch her own executive search consulting firm in 2006.

Providing superior responsive service to clients and candidates has become Teri's hallmark. "In order to build upon this standard and ensure that my clients and candidates were well served in the future, it was time for me to establish my own practice. My ultimate goal with any project is to provide outstanding service, products and results. With my own firm, I can continue to provide the type of service I desired as a client and have the discretion to surround myself with professionals who subscribe to the same business values," she says.

Teri has recruited hundreds of professionals from across the country to a wide variety of opportunities in the Western United States.
